Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada and may offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. We do not ship to the United States at this time due to ongoing tariff changes.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $20 CAD
- Free shipping on orders of $150 CAD or more
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and are determined by the carrier. Delays may occur due to weather, postal disruptions, or customs (for international orders), which are outside of our control.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, but only under specific conditions (see below).
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted if an item arrives defective (e.g., comes apart).
- Proof is required when requesting a return (photos must be provided).
- Items must not show signs of misuse or wear beyond the defect.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Body care products
- Custom or made-to-order items
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives broken or damaged, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide clear photo proof of the damage
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Tarot Reading Policy & Client Agreement
(Daughter of Saturn Tarot, operating under Good Karma Handmade Goods & Art)
By booking a tarot reading, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Readings
Tarot readings are offered for guidance, insight, and personal reflection. They are intended for entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please seek support from a qualified professional.
2. Personal Responsibility
By booking a reading, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following the session.
3. Services & Pricing
I offer a range of tarot reading services, including individual sessions and event-based bookings.
Individual Readings:
- Readings are offered at $35 per half hour
- Sessions can be booked in 30-minute or 60-minute time slots
Pop-Up & Guest Locations:
Pricing at pop-up locations, guest spaces, or events may vary due to overhead costs such as rental fees, travel, and other associated expenses.
Events & Group Bookings:
Tarot readings are available for private events such as parties, wellness retreats, markets, and community gatherings. Travel is available for group bookings only, with a minimum booking requirement that may vary depending on the type of event and location. Pricing may also vary based on the nature, duration, and travel involved. Please reach out directly to discuss availability and rates.
Flexible pricing options may be available on a limited basis. If you feel this may be a better fit for you, you are welcome to reach out prior to booking to discuss options.
4. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking through the website or payment link provided.
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
- Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
6. Age Policy
- Readings are not offered to anyone under the age of 16.
- Clients aged 16–17 must have a signed parental consent form and direct confirmation from a parent or guardian prior to the reading.
7. Boundaries of Service
- I do not provide readings to connect with past loved ones.
- I do not predict the future.
- Readings are not to be used to access private information about others or for medical or health-related advice.
Readings are focused on guidance, self-reflection, and helping you connect with your intuition.
8. Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a reading at any time if I feel uncomfortable. In such cases, payment will be refunded.
9. Confidentiality
All readings are kept confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. Some readings may be recorded to use for social media content. You will be informed if your reading is being recorded. Any recordings shared publicly will protect your identity, and no personal information will be released. The focus of shared content will be on the cards and the guidance offered, not on the individual.
You will have the option to opt out of recordings at the time of booking or during checkout.
10. Reduced Rate Options
A limited number of reduced rate sessions may be available. These are offered at my discretion and are intended to keep readings accessible. If you feel this may be a better fit for you, you are welcome to reach out prior to booking to discuss options.

How Long We Retain Your Data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
